This infographic presents Australian population level data and is based on our full sample of Australians aged 16-65+.
Multi-type maltreatment is the presence of more than one type of child maltreatment during childhood. This infographic shows the prevalence rates of multi-type maltreatment in the Australian population. It highlights gender differences and the role of family hardship increasing the likelihood of multitype maltreatment.
