The Australian Child Maltreatment Study team continues to engage with key agencies. In November Prof Ben Mathews and Professor Daryl Higgins were invited to present as a part of the Tri-peaks Innovation Webinar Series. They provided an update on ACMS progress to date as well as some early data about associations between maltreatment and adverse outcomes over life.
Webinar feedback was overwhelmingly positive with many attendees sharing their excitement about the upcoming launch in April 2023, where all key findings about the prevalence of child maltreatment in Australia and its impact on Australians will be shared.
