Prof Ben Mathews gave an invited presentation in Sydney on 26 June to the Local Court of NSW Annual Conference. The presentation focused on the prevalence, characteristics, perpetration and outcomes of child sexual abuse, and disclosure of child sexual abuse, and was attended by 170 Magistrates. It had an additional focus on implications of ACMS findings for the judiciary and legal practitioners.
